I learned a great deal from the On-Ramp project. I was able to come to the realization that I do

 

not have to strive to do perfectly for every single assignment. It is okay to take a breather

 

every once in a while and not stress myself out as much. Additionally, I learned that I need to

 

be very careful about who I choose to work with. Why? Well, I had an excellent group during

 

the On-Ramp project and saw how much easier it was when I had the opportunity to work

 

with responsible people. As a result, I have continued to try and pick my teams wisely. In

 

regards to what the project assignments taught me, all I can say is that it is very difficult to

 

produce your very own product. I never realized how hard it was to create and manufacture

 

a single product. There is so much detail that goes into it and takes many hours to complete.

 

All in all, I can most definitely say that the On-Ramp project proved to be a challenge that I

 

overcame.
